Beginnings

The Alpha Clay Pearls foundation was established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit by members of the Pi Eta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. of Orange Park, FL, under the administration of Barbara McKenzie.

In August 2008, under the administration of former president, Eliza Atwater, the organization was incorporated. Alpha Clay Pearls, Inc. serves as the non-profit arm of the Pi Eta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and supports numerous community involvement initiatives and scholastic achievement.

Commitment

The foundation directs funding to programs targeted towards improving economics, family strengthening, health, scholarship, and social justice.
